Online orders ship out within 5-7 business days. We are a small business working on island time, but we try our hardest to get your orders out as soon as we can! :) Mahalo!

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Hawai'i flat rate shipping is $6. Free shipping in Hawai’i on orders $80+

US mainland orders must be $100+ to qualify for free ground shipping.

No coupon code required. Shipping amount will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

We always hope you love your products, but if you're unhappy, we can arrange to replace or refund it. Please contact us at info@kealiaorganics.com to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

Returned items MUST be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.​

We will not accept returns without prior authorization.​

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, or forgot an item in your order, please contact us and we will ship your product at no additional cost.
