Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Kauaʻi. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. We are a small business working on island time, but we always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Mahalo for your patience and support!

Orders typically ship during warehouse hours Tuesday–Thursday each week.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping Rates

  • Hawaiʻi flat rate shipping: $7
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

No coupon code required — discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Hawaiʻi: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. Mainland: 5–10 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination

Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and unit numbers before placing your order. Kealia Organics is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@kealiaorganics.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kealia Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local carrier directly.

 


Return & Refund Policy

We truly hope you love your products, but if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at info@kealiaorganics.com for return authorization and further instructions.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be at least 75% full/intact
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we accidentally shipped the wrong item or missed something in your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right at no additional cost — and we’ll probably include a few bonus goodies too :)
